Information for staff members

The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) Program is directed to incoming teaching / administrative staff members from non EU Partner Institutions, that have signed an Agreement with AUEB for the teaching/training mobility of their staff members.

Participants receive an individual financial support from EU funds for their approved teaching/training mobility of a total duration of 7 days (5 days of teaching/training activities+ 1day of travel to the Receiving Institution+ 1 day of travel to the Home Institution). Additionally they receive a grant for their travel costs to and from AUEB, based on the kilometric distance between the place of origin of the Participant and the Receiving Institution. The payment is made in two instalments.

Candidates with special needs may request additional grant to cover additional mobility costs resulting from moving abroad.

According to the rules and regulations of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program, it is mandatory that all participants have adequate insurance coverage for their entire mobility period at AUEB.

The participants themselves are responsible for covering the costs of the mandatory insurance coverage.

For visa and and residence permit related issues information is provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic and is available at the following site: http://www.mfa.gr/en/visas/visa-types/national-visas.html
