7th webinar: Neuro-HR on Board: Brain Science Approaches of Managing People in Organizations

The MSc in Human Resource Management and the HR Society Alumni Association, in the context of the 7th Webinar "V (irtual) -Business Days: HR Practices in Greece", welcomed Alexandros Psychogios, Professor of International HRM, Birmingham City University, on Friday 23/04,18:00 - 20:00.

Main topic of discussion "Neuro-HRM on Board: Brain Science Approaches in People Management". Mr. Psychogios presented us with new scientific approaches to understanding human behavior in organizations and businesses and what we can do to improve our behavior as professionals in the field of Human Resource Management.
