OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE | WATERWHEEL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Waterwheel Capital Management Greece is looking for a candidate for its affiliated company Syntagma Properties SA.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting on the accounting, operational management, and process implementation with the objective of improving the efficiency of the property company. They will be involved the onboarding of acquired real estate assets as well as their purchase, financing, and accounting. In this position, attention to detail, ability to perform in a fast-paced and demanding environment, as well as working independently to meet deadlines are essentials for the right candidate. Independent thought is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record all transactions accurately
• Manage budgets and cash flows
• Review contracts and process payments
• Organize and maintain documents and update internal and external systems and files
• Providing day-to-day administrative support. Working closely with the other team members
• Coordinating internal and external channels for the execution of the relevant process
• Preparing reports, identifying project progress, problems, and solutions
Experience:
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Greece
• Any background in accounting, consulting, finance, or similar fields is valued
Education:
• University Graduate in Business sector or related fields preferred
• Fluency in Greek and English - written and spoken are considered essential
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
