Drakos Anastasios
Dr. A.A.Drakos is a Professor of Financial Management at the Dept. of Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Management, M.Sc. in International and European Economic Studies and B.Eng. in Urban Planning and Regional Development.
He has over 26 years experience in Corporate Financing, Investment Banking & Capital Markets, and strong expertise in Investment Appraisal, Mergers& Acquisitions, Valuation Modelling and Credit/Corporate Risk Analysis, with many publications in International Refereed Journlas and academic conferences while he is also author, and editor of publication, in many academic textbooks in the area of Finance and Investments.
A.A.Drakos has also been a senior external advisor and consultant as well as BOD member to Public, Private Companies and Financial Institutions, in Greece and Abroad.
