Pantelis Kammas is Associate Professor of Economics and Economic Policy at the Department of International and European Economic Studies (DIEES) of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). His PhD thesis focuses on international tax competition and the constraints that international market integration imposes on fiscal policy. He has taught at the University of Cyprus (2008-2009) and the University of Ioannina (2009-2018). His research agenda lies in the areas of Public Finance, Political Economics, and Historical Economics. His works have been published in international scientific journals such as the European Economic Review, Explorations in Economic History, Public Choice, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Journal of Comparative Economics, among others.
