KOSPENTARIS IOANNIS
Ioannis Kospentaris is an Assistant Professor of Macroeconomics in the Department of Economics of the School of Economics in the Athens University of Economics and Business since the summer of 2023. He completed his PhD in Economics at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2018. Between 2018-2023 he was an assistant professor at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Virginia, USA. His research interests focus on theoretical and applied Macroeconomics, with applications in labor markets, financial markets, and economic policy. His articles have been published in international scientific journals such as Review of Economic Dynamics, Journal of Economic Theory, and European Economic Review.
