Lambros Pechlivanos is Assistant Professor at the Department of International and European Economic Studies, Athens University of Economics and Business. Previously, he was a Marie Curie Fellow at the Institut d’Economie Industrielle (IDEI) in Toulouse, France, and research fellow at the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE) in Athens. Has been a visiting professor at the NTUA and at the University of Passau.
 
He holds a university degree in economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and and a Ph.D. in economics from Boston University.

His research interests include: economics of information and organization, contract theory, industrial organization, and corporate finance. He has published in various economic journals (such as, Journal of Labor Economics, Games and Economic Behavior, European Journal of Operation Research, etc), and presented his work in numerous conferences.
